Traveling- Electrical Superintendent

Tracy Electric Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to become a member of a highly skilled and well-respected team in the electrical service industry.

As an Electrical Superintendent, you will be responsible for supervising and running crews involved in the installation or repair of electrical systems in the Industrial field. The ideal candidate must have previous Foreman/Superintendent experience, a solid employment track record with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in an industrial field setting, preferably 5 years of experience working as a working foreman/Superintendent. We are looking for leaders with electrical experience to lead, motivate and help our team achieve goals and project deadlines. In addition to leading a team, you will be responsible for working hands on with the crew, maintaining budgets, material ordering and building relationships with customers.

The Superintendent is also responsible for the following:

• Correct, timely and profitable construction of electrical projects.
• Having the necessary skills and understanding of common construction methods and practices
• Coordinating labor, material, equipment, and subcontractors during project installation
• Assists in determining labor force, equipment needs on site, and timely delivery of materials.
• Responsible for the jobsite

Location and Travel:

This position will require travel throughout the United Stated on a Full-Time basis. Duration of job sites can be anywhere from one month to over one year. Per Diem, mileage reimbursement, and travel rotations applicable.

Job Requirements:

· Current Journeyman’s and/or Master’s License

· Current Driver’s License
